This notice explains how Nature’s Edge Landscaping (“Nature’s Edge,” “we,” “us”) handles information you provide when requesting a quote through our Facebook lead forms and during related follow-up and service arrangements.

We collect the information you submit, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property or service address, requested services, budget, preferred timing, and messages. During follow-up, you may also provide property photos, measurements or other details needed to prepare an estimate. We keep records of our communications and any resulting quotes or service arrangements.

Facebook may prefill information in its forms. Please review it before submitting and provide only information relevant to your request.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm our service area, understand your project, prepare and follow up on estimates, arrange services, communicate about your project, and maintain related business records. We may contact you using the contact information you provide in connection with your request.

Submitting a quote request is not a purchase commitment. This notice does not itself ask you to consent to unrelated promotional messages.

We use service providers to help manage inquiries and deliver services. These include our customer-management platform, Jobber, and providers that support our communications and business records. Relevant information may also be available to staff and service personnel who need it to respond to your request or carry out your project.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, address fraud, or protect safety and legal rights.

Facebook handles information under Meta’s own privacy policy when you use its platform. This notice describes Nature’s Edge’s handling of information received from your inquiry. You can read Meta’s Privacy Policy for information about Meta’s practices.

We retain inquiry and service records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including related accounting, legal and dispute-resolution needs. The appropriate period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a customer relationship and on applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it for business purposes. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us to correct information, ask us to stop following up on an inquiry, or request deletion of information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements, existing service arrangements or other legitimate recordkeeping needs. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
